FAQ

Why am I seeing an 'Error' in the status column?
Because you do not have the a system privilege to create files in the destination folder. Please choose another save path in the “Settings” page.
One of the PDF files has a 'Need Password' status. What does that mean?
It means the PDF file is password protected. Please enter the password in the status line before starting the conversion.

    I am very happy with the product. Does it remain a free service ? Do i need to de-register once i have downloaded my documents from PDF to Word?

    Ich habe gerade die SharewareOnSale Pro Expert Version installiert und spa├česhalber mal die deutsche Version angesehen.
    Wahrscheinlich wurde diese mit einer schlechten ├ťbersetzungssoftware ├á la Google gemacht.
    ├ťberarbeitungsbed├╝rftig.

    I am not being able to convert pdf file to words. Letters are appearing in double .

    Hello
    Tried to change output on parameter. Click save. Exit parameters. But parameters always go back to default.
