Why am I seeing an 'Error' in the status column?
Because you do not have the a system privilege to create files in the destination folder. Please choose another save path in the “Settings” page.
One of the PDF files has a 'Need Password' status. What does that mean?
It means the PDF file is password protected. Please enter the password in the status line before starting the conversion.
